1. Salt Film will not charge for searches, appointments, 'lightboxes'.
2. Salt Film will charge a library fee if a location is selected from the Salt Library. This fee will depend upon the type and/or length of production.
3. Should you or your client require subsequent searches, an extra fee will be charged.
4. Salt Film and the location will not accept responsibility should the library photographs shown , differ from the location booked. Salt Film therefore recommend that the location is thoroughly recce'd and scouted.
5. Salt Film cannot guarantee that specific locations chosen will be available.

Location fees are to be paid in full on or before the day of filming. A signed contract from the producer or production manager on behalf of the production company should be returned to Salt Film and the location prior to any filming.
