Salt Estate is a bespoke property search company, based in London specialising in clients purchasing high end UK property. We have unique experience in finding properties primarily in London, though have carried out searches as far a field as the West Country, Norfolk and Scotland.

We provide a tailored service both to UK and overseas clients providing a reliable and efficient buying route in the increasingly competitive UK property market searching for both residential and investment opportunities.

Salt Estate is independent, with no links to any major Estate Agent.

How We Work

Initial briefing, advice and meeting are free of charge. Salt Estate then provide searches on a typical six month contract, though these are tailored to suit both longer searches for discerning clients, and fast turnaround in the case of relocation searches. There is an initial fee for engaging Salt Estate, the search fee is calculated as a percentage of the purchase price and payable at the successful exchange of contract.

We aim to prepare our clients to meet the requirements of the competitive UK market, and can put clients in touch with conveyance solicitors, surveyors and debt advisors if required.

Salt Estate provide additional services such as schools advice and advice on pastime and leisure interest, such as property for those with equestrian interests.

A single Agent will be appointed to handle your search who will be available throughout the search to deal with your enquiries.
